Precast Concrete Workers to Pirkanmaa - 24.02.2026

We are looking for skilled PRECAST CONCRETE WORKERS for our clients in the Pirkanmaa region.

Your duties will include a variety of tasks related to the production of concrete elements in a precast concrete factory. You will be working with reinforcement installation, concrete casting, and finishing of elements.

You might be the person we’re looking for if you have previous experience in precast concrete production—whether it’s several years of experience or versatile skills gained in a shorter time! In this role, a proactive, diligent, and motivated attitude is key to success.

Work will begin according to agreement, and this is a long-term position. The job is full-time (40 hours/week) and involves a two-shift system. The starting salary follows the collective agreement for the construction product industry (starting from €14,06/h), but if you’re an experienced professional in the field, your salary is negotiable. In addition, your performance can positively affect your earnings through production bonuses. The employment contract will initially be between you and BassoHR, with the opportunity to be hired directly by our client later on.
